Stopping should be as simple as starting.
If LittleLoop no longer suits your setting, the planned subscription will be easy to stop—without a cancellation maze squeezed into an already busy day.
While you are having your 3-day look around
The current prototype does not take payment details. When billing is added, cancelling before the trial ends will mean your setting is not charged.
If you pay monthly
You will be able to cancel online whenever you need to. Your setting will keep access until the end of the paid month and the plan will not renew again.
If you pay yearly
You will be able to turn off renewal online whenever you need to. Your setting will keep access until the end of the paid year, and we plan to send a clear reminder before renewal.
Cooling-off rights and refunds
The final checkout will explain any legal cooling-off right, when the digital service starts and how a refund would be worked out. Nothing on this beta page takes away rights provided by UK consumer law.
Your setting’s records after cancellation
Before an account closes, the production service will let the childminder export appropriate records and will follow a written retention and deletion timetable. Safeguarding or legal record-keeping duties may mean some information has to be kept for a while; the final policy will explain this clearly.
How will I cancel?
Before paid plans open, LittleLoop will add an easy-to-find online cancellation control and send written confirmation. Looking around this beta does not create a paid contract.
